1. We always want to the Lord to be our Focus and our Guide. We
are looking at where and how to schedule this years tour of events,
and we need Christ's guidance.
2. Along with that is the fact that we have to finance this years
tour. We are still in need of a large amount of money so prayer
is definitely in order.
3. Could be anything else you want.

Your Prayer Needs:
A word about prayer: Among
most of the teepee or lodge dwelling nations there was a common
custom for courting. A young man would court his maiden by
standing outside the door of her lodge and offering gifts.
With an older women setting inside as chaperones the girl would
stand just inside the door and they would speak with one another.
Eventually talk would move from general conversation to intimate
words of love. At this point the young man would give his
maiden a covering. A shawl or blanket to show his love and
protection to her. As her commitment to him she would wrap
her covering about both their heads as they stood there so that
their words could be private. They would stand there wrapped
in an embrace. Not caring what the rest of the camp thought.
Then the elders would say, "They are one in spirit, let us plan
for a wedding. It is said that the Shawl Dance depicts that young
maiden dancing with uncontrollable joy over the love she is experiencing
in her heart, and the shawl shows all that she is loved. Her feet
seldom touch the ground"
The essence of prayer is like those conversations
between lovers. The young man would be deeply hurt if all
the maiden would only speak of what she wanted him to give her next.
Prayer is a conversation between two people who deeply love one
another. In this case one of them is God. Like that
brave at the door, He wants you to talk to Him about the things
that are important to you. About your hopes, dreams.
About your fears and needs. He wants to hear "Thanks, I love
you to. You are my provider and I am not ashamed to stand
with you." How often does He stand at the door and knock only
to find us to busy to speak to Him. This One who stands at
the door of the "lodge of our hearts" is not just some brave with
good intentions He is the Chief of Chiefs, the one who will judge
between all the nations, He is the Creator of everything.

Philippians 4:4-7
Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again – rejoice!
Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember,
the Lord is coming soon. Don't worry about anything; instead, pray
about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all
he has done. If you do this, you will experience God's peace, which
is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace
will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. (NLT)
